CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations. If you cancel within that time period, you will lose your deposit and will also be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment. If you wish to be rebooked you will require a new deposit.
NOW SHOWS
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will lose your deposit and be charged 100% of the missed appointment. You will be taken off the client list and not able to make any future booking unless payment has been received.
RESCHEDULING
You can reschedule at any point, please make sure to do so at least 72 hours before your existing appointment, so your original appointment can be filled by another client and not go to waste.
DEPOSITS
A minimum of £30 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non refundable but is transferable as long as 48 hours notice is given. Booking exceeding 3 hours will be charged £10 per hour you are booked in to salon.

We have self employed stylists that work out side these hours also so please call the salon for a later time to use the beds.
all colour bookings require skin test at least 24 hours prior to their appointment
We do not perform chemical services on anyone under the age of 16 Childrens cuts are priced the same price as adults
Bookings require a deposit To secure their date and time no deposit paid will result in the space being available for someone else to book
if you are booking for the head please note it is not suitable for pregnant women or hair extensions
